Qur'an 10:43

وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنظُرُ إِلَيْكَ ۚ أَفَأَنتَ تَهْدِى ٱلْعُمْىَ وَلَوْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ

“And among them are those who look at you. But can you guide the blind although they will not [attempt to] see?”
