Qur'an 11:105

يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لَا تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِىٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ

“The Day it comes no soul will speak except by His permission. And among them will be the wretched and the prosperous.”
