Qur'an 13:39
يَمْحُوا۟ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ
“Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.”
