Qur'an 19:83

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ تَؤُزُّهُمْ أَزًّا

“Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them [to evil] with [constant] incitement?”
