Qur'an 40:71
إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ
“When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged”
