Qur'an 5:79

كَانُوا۟ لَا يَتَنَاهَوْنَ عَن مُّنكَرٍ فَعَلُوهُ ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْعَلُونَ

“They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing.”
