Qur'an 85:9
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
“To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness.”
